GRANDWELD has 20 years experience in Yacht refit and has completed many major projects.
Each refit project always involves a thorough study of the particular features of the Yacht. At GRANDWELD , we fully understand the Owner's desire for a unique Yacht.
GRANDWELD specializes in building Aluminium super structure on steel and wooden hull vessels which reduces weight and increases speed.
GRANDWELD has built Aluminium super structures for a number of wooden and steel hulls, including Reem 2, Reem 3 and Moonlight of UAE.
GRANDWELD has significant experience in Yacht fairing and painting operations, especially using AWL GRIP paint systems.
GRANDWELD has also carried out power calculations and re-powering for Yachts and other vessels. The Engineering and Mechanical Department offers full solutions for machinery upgrading, alignment, exhaust system installation.
GRANDWELD Quality Managements systems is certified to ISO 9001 : 2000 standards and all operations of the company from design and development stage to execution and delivery comes under the scope of certification.
